One of the most bizarre things I was asked is: What are some questions that you have but are afraid to ask? The issue of RCC's credibility was hinted at throughout the interview, but nobody came out and said that RCC was led by questionable folks, nor did they mention that they were about to lose accreditation for their nursing program (which happened shortly after my interview).

Your previous experiences, how did you know this shool, your prospect of promotion and your career path. They also gave out some situations to ask for your favour (overtime at weekend, picking up foreign teachers in the early morning in case that Academic Coordinator could not go, etc). However, everything was all about saving their budget and benefits. Damn
