Went through the resume and asked to provide specific example of projects I worked on. Example, tell me how comfortable are you in developing business model? How do you go about solving a problem? What role do you play in a team? I have to say that the interview process is very informal and the people ask genuine questions and share their real challenges. Overall it is pretty an enjoyable interview process.
