During your interview, expect to mostly be asked about your knowledge of the industry, your expectations for the job, and how much time you would be willing to dedicate towards it. The most difficult question I was asked was to explain a time I had to resolve a conflict between two colleagues in a working environment. I found this particular question difficult as I have never found myself in a situation before and did not want to make up an answer that was not true.

There was nothing difficult or unexpected. It was competency based. The pannel were very friendly and tried to make me feel at ease so I could answere the questions because I was a bit tense. I had to relate my skills and expereiences to the competencies of the position
