Questions were mostly behavioral based. Tell me about a time...Walk me through your resume...Tell me more about XYZ...Why Salesforce (this was a universal question), What do you like to do outside of work (either volunteer or hobby), How do you handle difficult team members... I rated the interview process "Difficult". The process itself is very smooth. The interviews were a bit tricky. They were more along the lines of case interviews, giving immediate feedback for some challenges currently facing a department or process. It's not a bad process at all though. It definitely is no cakewalk though.
