Do you have a clear career plan?

*Nothing incredibly challenging. I was currently employed and the most difficult question that I continued to face was why I was leaving my current employer. Difficult to balance career advancement and goals while not sounding like you are simply chasing a higher income.
What kind of experience do I have dealing with difficult personalities (apparently the CEO or person I would be working under is "difficult")
