Can't exactly remember the questions word for word but I will say this DONT over study and don't stress yourself. It was one of the easiest interviews I've had but I've also worked in customer service for 6 years. There just situational based questions how would you react.. what if this happened! The role-playing part included reading an announcement where you had to tell passengers to put away their electronics and cell phone devices and the recruiter pretended she was an unruly passenger who didn't want to listen. Then you have to pretend to be the flight attendant and resolve the situation.
