Realtors, banks, and insurance companies often use fraud analysts to reduce consumer fraud. They work to discover the type and source of fraud by asking questions, filling out paperwork, changing account numbers, assisting with refunds, and alerting proper authorities.
There was a fraud quiz with about 8 multiple choice answers and then 2 free type answers - this was supervised by the talent team. Afterwards, there were technical based questions about fraud and also interview questions relating to your previous experience(s) and how this would translate within Kroo's working environment. This was conducted by the fraud manager and senior fraud analyst.
