Since I was studying at a time they asked me when could I start and how long could I work for them. They needed someone to cover summer season and I needed a summer job only, so we were perfect match at the time. They also asked me if I spoke any other foreign languages except English and if I had IT and tourism-related experience. They also had a colleague of theirs test me after the interview.
