I went through 2 stages of the interview process. Stage 1: virtual group interview with a scenario-based question with a short discussion regarding the scenario. The scenario was about employer and employee relationships based on relationship and surrounding circumstances answer what do you think they should do? you must explain from the perspective of the employer and employee. Next, there were 2 types of essays 1. Situation Essay and 2. Narrative essay Situation Essay: you will be given a situation based on the situation would you agree or disagree with the situation and explain with reasoning what could you have done? Narrative essay: you will be asked 2 questions 1. What is your motivation for wanting to join the Ministry of foreign affairs? 2. what is one event in your life that has changed you as a person? Stage 2: Written & Numerical Test, for the numerical test there will be graphics & charts based on it you will have to answer some questions. For the written test you will be given an article based on that article you have edit the article.
