I didn't have any trouble answering any of their questions but at the second interview they asked "do you know the difference between direct and indirect marketing?" I think that question was suppose to stump me, but it didn't.
Simple questions.

How would you handle a customer who had multiple requests?
They're all difficult if you have never had a job before, but making sure that you try your best to answer is key.
The interview questions are pretty basic; why did you apply, what do you know about style... I'd say the most difficult questions were the scenario ones. ie: "what would you do if you caught an employee stealing/using their phone on the clock?" or, "how would you handle being in a situation where you have to multitask? ie: ringing up a customer while the phone is ringing and another customer is asking for help with a dressing room or getting something down" honest answers are the best answers. Don't answer too quickly. Really think about how you would handle it.
