During behavioural interview with Edge group, the interview started with question what made you to chose science as career. Who would chose as your favoirite person from the past or present time and why? How your skills match with our portfolio and which two subsidiaries you want to work with and why? Situational question like, if you ahve given an opporunity to work on different teams who would you chose to work with. Where one team has people of your calibre no more- no less skills than you and the other hand the other team has people more qualified than you in every manner. After which, the following question came, if any one of the person on the high calibre team comes to me and complain about your low skills how would you like me to handle this situation do you want me to take cae of this or do you want me to tell you about the situation. What if I asked your friend about your quality what qualities he would list? and the same question for bad qualities.
