You are given a booklet with a few customer service scenarios, a few simple math problems, and some other silly exercises like trying to create a story with only 3 letter words. We were also asked to act out a customer service situation where customers come in and ask about what we are currently showing.
Mostly Technical and partly HR.

(Stage 2) Which activity did you prefer the most during the day's assessment centre, and which did you not prefer? And why?
The position as advertised was not the job description the interview group was talking from and I was never given a copy of what was supposed to be the "correct" position description. As such, the first question was, "Knowing your skill set is not exactly aligned with the position, how would you go about planning for success, if you are selected."
