What did your previous job require of you
The group interview was about two hours long- most of it was a presentation of the organization and who they work with. We were asked three questions- what we think are important qualities in a fundraiser, why we would be a good fundraiser and we were also asked to make a sales pitch. (it could be anything- it didn't have to be for a charity)

Before you get interviewed, you fill out an application. A couple of questions on the ap were "Why should we hire you?," "Why do you want to work for the company, and "Are there any organizations you would feel uncomfortable fundraising for."
It wasn't a question, but they are looking at your ability to be quickly comfortable in new situations/working with new people.
