*Besides the prototypical questions in regards to experience, the interviewer asked about the company's score values and my interpretation of them. This isn't something available on their website, but it is part of the internal training. I was asked to read this to one of my interviewers.

Which of our core values resinates most with you? Just so we can not follow said core value and be unappreciative of your time whilst talking to the company’s values that we don’t stand by.
Which one of RH’s values do you identify with and why?
Dealing with a fast paced, pressure customer service environment? Time managnent question also
.Questions were mostly to find if you would be the right match for their so called values and ethos. At the end of the day its a retail store that sells furniture but nope cant say that you are the designer who reads clients and hand pick furniture from their galleries and make it right..they went on and on about RH core values and was asked how i would relate to it.
