I was amazed with the interview questions ,They don't believe on your past experience ,CV and the assignment you made. As they mentioned in assignment what they will check (creativity ,code reusability , extra features and color scheme etc) but i think they just look thoroughly and call for interview as they are not going to believe on your work. Stupid interview questions which are not related to reality , literally they were asking definitions and syntax. They gave programming code to write on a paper, How a developer can write code on a paper? My point is ,is it a way to judge a candidate technical level? at least they should provide a laptop with visual studio installed on it. . As a developer, i know how a developer works ,thinks and builds. Obviously we can use google for syntax or can see documentation for that. Another weird thing I faced, I think the interviewers have not gone through my CV properly as I had to tell about my previous projects and experience.
