I cannot recall specific questions, I more so remember the group exercises. After you pass the interview you will begin a “dealer school.” Over 10 weeks you will learn and practice the games the casino offers and have practice auditions to ensure you are ready to be on the floor. If you pass the final audition you make it to the floor, if you fail you will have to redo the 10 week dealer school
1/ Screening RH Nothing new under the sun. You will be asked to introduce yourself and explain why you have applied for EA. In my case, the interviewer was very friendly, easy going and helpful. 2/ Interview with two team leaders Be prepared to provide details. If you don't have any experience/education related to the video games industry, you would face objections. Why should I hire you over someone else? Tell me about a time you improved a process at work (it's asked to assess your initiative and your experience in project management. They expect their employees to suggest and implement new ideas) What's your favorite EA GAME ? Honestly, why do you want to work for EA?
