The most difficult part of the interview was that the Senior Manufacturing Engineer kept pressing on questions regarding management. Which would be fine, except for that the position was entry level - and I obviously had no management experience. So, I had no idea how to answer the questions "What would do if......How would you handle this......" in regards to metrics reporting, etc. Not sure how he would expect me to answer those.
