Technical and Experience related. Depending on what skill set you have .
Leadership questions and a very bad case study that is not quantitative at all. They ask about a customer that has some small import freight business from China and how you would try to win their business and onboard the customer. Just a very bad job overall. The interviewers had zero freight experience so its like talking to a clueless idiots.

What is the most inventive or innovative thing you’ve done? It doesn’t have to be something that’s patented.
