The segment with the situational/scenario based questions was the most difficult. The manager was giving me examples of his experiences that had absolutly no relevance to what an Admin would do so it was difficult to figure out what he was looking for. For his answers he related everything back to finances/profit/loss. For an Executive Assistant you job is not usually measured this way. It was a little frustrating.
