Interview
Here’s a polished review for your interview experience with GPAc:
I had a fantastic interview experience with GPAc. From the start, the process was professional, well-organized, and engaging. The interviewers were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, creating an environment where I could showcase my skills and expertise.
The questions were thoughtful and aligned with the role, allowing me to discuss my achievements and demonstrate how my background aligns with GPAc’s goals. I appreciated their transparency about the company’s culture, expectations, and opportunities for growth, which made me even more excited about the prospect of joining their team.
Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience, and I look forward to the possibility of working with such a forward-thinking organization.

Question 1
How will you incorporate your management into being a recruiter?
It was lengthy, the initial recruiter has you fill out a questionnaire, 10 questions, then you have to get three references, two conversations with the initial recruiter, an interview with a coach, and then a final interview with a final senior leader.

Interview
Interview was great. Recruiter did a great job and reached out to my references.
Because of a time before being hired my accepted offer was revoked.
I was very depressed during my season of life during COVID months in 2021. Dustin Hanson a team lead. Literally revoked my offer do to not saying I was depressed at the time.
Literally discouraged hiring me because of depression not mentioned prior.
In the United States, your mental health is private information. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you are not required to disclose depression or any mental health condition during the hiring process.
Not impressed with this when they talk about a family environment.

Question 1
Did you work with GPAC before... After accepting the offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at gpac (Frisco, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
I was referred by a former gpac search consultant on LinkedIn and I noticed she only lasted 3 months with the company. She referred me to a different and current search consultant. I spoke with her and she was very nice so she brought me up to her leader. I had a virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist a few days ago. She was very nice too, but I decided to do more research on the company including google reviews, Reddit, and on here too. Overall, it doesn't look too good and it's giving me a little uneasy feeling.
Just a fair heads up, they will send you a questionnaire and ask you for at least 2 professional references in order to go next step on the interview process.
As of right now, I'm waiting for the next step, but if I get an offer, I don't know if I will take it due to negative reviews.
