What issues would arise, if IBM bought a smaller software company, in integrating the assets and employees?
The Open Home consisted of three interviews: technical, behavioral, and group interviews. While I attended in person, there were also options for online participation. Technical Interview: Contrary to the approach of many tech companies, REA did not ask any Leetcode questions or conduct live coding sessions. Instead, the interview focused on understanding how candidates approached problem-solving. I was asked to demonstrate my solution on a whiteboard to two interviewers. The interview felt more like a discussion, and it wasn't overly challenging. Behavioral Interview: Similar to the video interview, the behavioral interview involved two interviewers and covered questions related to behavior and values. Group Interview: In the group interview, we played a card game as a team while two observers took notes. Overall, I found REA's interviews for the graduate role to be manageable. They seemed more focused on understanding candidates rather than testing them rigorously. Expressing oneself as thoroughly as possible appeared to be key during the interview process.
