Please take a look at the answer above. It is very unprofessional. I do understand that there are probably a lot of candidates, but you have to be professional and respect each individual who made an effort and sweated through the 3-hour test. Time is money for everyone, and respect should be earned.
Strangely, they asked questions about the kind of companies I would accept as clients... even though that was nowhere near the job description.
