Why do you want to work here?
There wasn't any interview questions at this stage, they spent time over the phone to explain the role and what to expect in the application process if I was successful. I had to complete a design challenge and await feedback from the Design team which determined if I moved on to next stage of the interview process. After completing the work I didn't hear back from anyone and had to chase for an update on my application. I understand that we can get busy and there were maybe other reasons the designers didn't provide any feedback in the end, but definitely left a negative impression after the process.
How would you represent diversity and inclusion in your designs? What is your process for rebranding a department? How would you handle multiple last-minute design requests without much direction?
