The questions are necessarily difficult, but it's hard not to be repetitive when you're asked the same thing by three different groups consecutively. For example, Tell me about a difficult time you overcame, tell me a time you made a difficult decision, tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't want to do, etc.

All of the questions were expected. First they asked why I desired to work for Target and then asked me some behavioral based questions.
Nothing was overly different, just what projects did you do, what have you lead, how do you interact with unproductive employees, do you like being on your feet (because the DC is massive) just pointless background collection
Conflict with co-workers
Tell about a time you disagreed with a former coworker.
Nothing too difficult. There is a test that will be sent that was an IQ placement test.
Tell me a time when you had to confront a group member who wasn't pulling their weight
Just have some STAR formatted answers in your mind and should be fine for that part. The most difficult part so far were the reasoning questions on the assessment test.
Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
Not super difficult but they asked to tell them about a time you disagreed with a colleague/classmate and how you handled the situation. Use the STAR method to answer all questions.
