All of my meetings, which consisted of a video, on-site meeting with the Director of Ops and the CEO, and a final in Dallas...were truly lovely. It was just all conversational...sure, questions were asked on both ends, at the same time, it was just getting to know me - and me getting to know with those whom I met. Good, personable conversations were had, which continued my interests to move forward.
No curve-ball questions, mainly the standard “why do you think you’d be a good fit?” or “how would you deal with a difficult client?”. I guess only surprise was they asked how comfortable I was with doing basic calculations on the spot as this is sometimes required while on the phone. I’m good with math so was fine with this, but might be surprise to some people.
