Ni siquiera llegué a la entrevista, tampoco obtuve respuesta. Eliminad lo de subir un vídeo explicando porque debería ser un candidato elegido para el puesto, si luego vais a hacer ghosting. Todos estos pasos son una falta de respeto y pérdida de tiempo, si luego no existe ni siquiera un feedback o respuesta. Los procesos de selección son evaluaciones bidireccionales y hablan mucho de la cultura de empresa. Un buen branding comienza por eso ; )
