There was no IT professional on the interview; The “HR executive” read some questions “very generic” about my experience in Microsoft exchange and publisher, no technical follow up at the answers. She tried then to “sell” me a MCSE certification and told me that they will hire me as soon as I pass the exams. It was presented in the most outrageous and cheap selling practice: "We will invest in your training but you have to pay for the exams (450 pounds) and you can do the training from your home.” I refused to sign any contract and request to send it to me if I was "successful" then left as a gentleman.
