Mostly customer service oriented, also they wanted to make sure you were basically a good little minion who knew how to talk to people but won't make waves trying to change things. Honestly, the interviewer wasn't even a real supervisor, she was a project manager who sounded like the moment they hired a real helpdesk supervisor she would be happy to stop doing the work. She basically wanted a bunch of yes people who didn't challenge her.
