Very strange interview waited 15 minutes until they finished lunch. The entire interview was reading the results of my assessment test taken prior to interview which actually was impressive. I was asked to respond to each of the questions that were already asked on test. Interview lasted an hour and was not impressed with team or the company. They are known for have recruiting events with hundreds of candidates. This was better than going through that. As an experienced New Home Sales person they prefer you to have no experience so that they can train.
