Questions like do you know how to use a computer and Excel? Can you use the internet? There really were no difficult questions. They will hire almost anyone unfortunately because their turnover is tremendous, and most good candidates have already been hired and have left or will not apply there at all because of their poor reputation.
There really wasn't anything unexpected or difficult. I've been doing tech support for a really long time so the questions really weren't difficult.
Well, it isn't even difficult, but they want to know what situations you have been in that you had a customer with a problem and how you handled that problem.
How much money do you want to make?
I didn't get the job because my skills weren't up to date and they wanted someone with more experience. I was looking for somewhere with training and they have a good program.
