How do you see yourself in 5 years- when changing orientation by applying for the position, it is probably that you are curious and various interested enough not to know precisely. The only thing you know is that you want to evoluate and be good in what you are doing. Role play implicating a previous practice exactly on this position. I have precised this was not my case, but they insisted on getting ahead. They were able to conclude if you are or not out of the box after the role play. Clearly subjective.

The interviewers were so kind, and made me feel very comfortable. At the beginning, they introduced themseves, and explained me the work, tasks, and about the society. The interviewers were so kind, and made me feel very comfortable. At the beginning, they introduced themseves, and explained me the work, tasks, and about the society. Then I talked about my actual work, my task, strengths.. Some questions were: -Why do you apply for that work here in Booking.com? -What challenges do you face in your daily work? -If you could change one thing in Booking.com website, what would it be? And we also made a "role playing game" in my native language, I had to convince a partner structure to sell us all the hotel rooms in a high season period.
