Before I even got an offer to interview for the position I had to take an online test created by Neuroladership Group. This wasn't nevessarily the hardest part of the interview process, but it makes you dive deep and think hard about your personality and how you react to the social environment in which you are in. I actually enjoyed it. The SCARF model is based on five social needs our brains have. Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness. I recommend that people take the test even if their not being interviewed.

There were no unexpected questions
They asked for ideas on how to expand awareness and new clients. However, the person asking the questions had no marketing experience, and they were unable to comprehend marketing metrics and KPIs like conversion rates, CPA, CTR, open rates, etc.
Most difficult questions are related to your personal life. Being a live in house manager. Your life becomes public.
