Why did you refuse to sign the non compete agreement before your interview with me? We typically don’t speak to anyone who doesn’t sign it beforehand because there are a lot of people out there that want to come inside our business and look at our walls to steal information bout our business. I am only peaking to you now because I want to hear what you have to say for yourself.

Organization skills was foremost. Both interviewers spoke at length of past HR persons shortcomings. Was told i would hear back in a matter of days. Didn't happen. Three months later, I see position open once again. Not surprised. Constant side glances between interviewers during time with them caused discomfort, along with their willingness to bash former HR person left me feeling queasy. Best of luck to them!
