As this is not a role where you have to think on your feet questions were pretty straight forward, the usual for a help desk customer service type role. How do you work in a team, how do you deal with angry customers etc
They discriminated and ghosted me after asking me time consuming and completely useless tasks.
Name a way you deal with a caller who is upset mor like irrate with not get his or her benefits?
How do you handle difficult customers or coworkers?
Employer questions were based off of how you handle competing tasks and time management. Also, your ability to learn and work in a team. Interviewer was very warm and friendly!
My interviewer was all over the place and side "I'm going to let you talk and I'm going to listen but speak to Affirmative Action, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Inclusion, Workers Comp, Compensation, Benefits and working with leaders."
Describe a time where you were criticized at work. How did you handle it?
Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult co-worker.
Why are you interested? Why HR? Mostly STAR/ behavioral questions, Whats the most impactful thing you've ever accomplished? A time you made a mistake? How i prioritize work/ tasks? Tell me a time you improved the quality of work?
