I think the most challenging issue was on the situation that the company was at the time: a disastrous implantation of Regional Management Team and the ability to deliver support in the company. As I have done this before, I spent several minutes explaining possible strategies without me knowing about the exact context of the problem. And that was decisive in my hiring.
