They asked me what was important to me in a workplace culture and what tools I need to be successful in a job. It was so refreshing and nice to be asked what I NEED in a job instead of some companies that only ask questions based on THEIR needs. They make you feel very respected!

I was asked what I knew about Purplebricks and what type of company I was looking to work for. There were a number of scenario style questions, and I was given the opportunity to explain how I'd react under certain circumstances. I was given time to ask any questions I had too, and time was taken to explain their answer to ensure I understood everything. I was also issued a personality test to complete, which was very interesting.
