There 1st round was to solve a problem related to HR (a problem statement would be given and candidate would be required to provide the possible solutions on a sheet of paper given). Once completed, we were required to present the solutions in front of a panel in a conference room which had the other candidates who applied in my group/slot. The problem statements were not the same to the other candidates in the room, all had a unique problem to solve. Once selected in this round, the next round was with the hiring manager.
