Standard situational questions. How would you deal with a problematic employee. Etc.
Why would you interest in the position? (since it's the HR found my profile & contact me)
What would your current supervisor like to see you do different? / What is your greatest weakness?
What's your schedule? Have you ever worked in sales? Etc. Etc. and then at the end, they tell you You're Perfect, you just have to take their licensing classes, get licensed, pay the state for license, pay for classes. Yeah! Great Opportunity!
Any question was a surprise, as I was given little chance to speak at all.
