I was well prepared for the interview, so I did not find the questions difficult and none that were a unexpected. The interview was a behavior interview and the questions directly related to the position. They required me to relate my work history; where I had experienced a similar given scenario, describe the scenario and then how I addressed the situation and what was the outcome. They also would ask if faced with a similar situation would I change the way I addressed it, and if so why.

My advice is to brush up on the STAR format and be very prepared with examples ready to go so that you do not have to think on the fly.
