Do I have higher interest in HR operations role or HRBP role
None... they asked about leadership style etc, but nothing difficult. They even ask the same questions in the same order, so interviewing with the various people is kind of a joke.
For the most part the interviews have been very polite and the questions asked have been standard behavioral based interview questions. Difficult decisions, difficult situations, dealing with adversity and ambiguity. Business Acumen is clearly important.
