Pretty much what I would expect. My experience in hiring/onboarding, firing. FMLA, LOA. How I have responded or would respond when dealing with situations like harassment, etc. Employee engagement was a big part of the role, so being asked for examples of how I have dealt with that in the past. How I've dealt with managers that have frequent complaints from employees. The line of questioning was pretty much what I would expect for the position. I gave multiple examples for everything asked. I've been in an HR Generalist role for several years, so I feel like it would have been a pretty seamless transition.
