There were no proper interview questions. The only thing the recruiter asked me later was to confirm my background, and then explained that the client was actually looking for someone with in-house hospitality experience and 5+ years tenure in the same role — requirements that were never mentioned in the published JD.

There were no proper interview questions. The only thing the recruiter asked me later was to confirm my background, and then explained that the client was actually looking for someone with in-house hospitality experience and 5+ years tenure in the same role — requirements that were never mentioned in the published JD.

Bad follow through. Don't these recruiters know that the way they handle candidates has a direct reflection on Coca-Cola as a company. Poor way to do business. Only shows that Coca-Cola does not care about its' employees.
