What are the trends that you identify in looking at the data? Are there any that concern you? If yes, what would be your recommendations for improvement? Based on the data from the ER Trends - Customer Facing Teams chart, what suggestions would you make to the leader of Success on how to address the trends of their employee issues? What would you suggest to the leader of Support? How would you partner with managers to proactively reduce the number of employee issues as new hires join the company? As HighLevel has grown our customer facing teams in India, we are seeing a greater number of attendance issues related to compounded time off requests. These compounded time off requests are related to bereavement, family emergencies, and health related issues. These are having a negative impact on our ability to successfully support our customers. What would you recommend as an approach to address these attendance issues?
