I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (New York, NY)
Interview
I was invited to interview on campus and spoke with the Software Developer Manager. The questions were mostly about my resume and what kind of internship I wanted. Brief technical questions mostly about java. After that I was invited to come onsite for the final stage of 3 interviews. Before that I was asked to do a coding assessment online which was pretty straightforward. They use codility which I prefer to hackerrank. In the final stage of interviews I was asked mostly behavioral questions from the hiring manager, then asked a technical question from an older software developer, and the last interview was with 2 younger software engineers which was technical and also gave me the opportunity to ask them about their experiences at the company. Overall it was an extremely welcoming and comfortable experience. The recruiter always made sure to check up on me in case I had any questions and everyone was very genuine in the entire process.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at iCIMS (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
Had a phone screen interview, and the interview was on time. Kind of wished that the job interview post was more specific on the kind of work that was expected.
