I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Harrisburg, PA)
Interview
Started off with an email asking to meet one on one. Then I came in and met with the Sales Manager. It felt very relaxed, I was comfortable and felt like I could fit in, which is what you want in an interview. It went really well he told me a timeline of about 1.5 weeks to email him again and ask where we were at in the process. I was then emailed again for a follow up interview with 3 higher up people. This was more formal but everyone was still very nice and gave a very positive comfortable feeling. They called me within the week for the job.
