I have 7+ years of administrative experience, a bachelor degree in communication and media experience in radio and print. It's an entry-level position that I easily qualified for. I had a series of short interviews, with five different people, on two separate days, over a three week period. One after the other, they all had the same questions and information to give me. The job is very straight forward and I think their process is a waste of time. They don't have the courtesy to call or even email you about their decision either.
