First off, if you don't know anyone at the company I wouldn't even bother applying for the job. iHeart likes to do "in-house" recruiting for most of their positions. I emailed a bunch of people within the company and was able to get an interview after about a month. It started off with an initial 5-minute screener interview which lead to a full interview with the head of the production in NYC over Zoom. The worst part was that after an extensive interview process they send an auto-generated email to tell you that you didn't get the role.
