      Interviewed with RCS - iHeartMedia for a Product Support Specialist role. After sending a thank you and follow-up email, I was told the process was ongoing to determine who would be good fit for a second interview. After that, I was not contacted again, and was left to assume I wasn't selected instead of being notified directly.
