I had a Neighbor who was a vice president at Clear Channel who set up a first interview for me and was excited for the interview. I showed up for the interview 15 minutes early and filled out the necessary paperwork. I then had to wait in excess of 50 minutes because the interviewer was not available and was out of the office. Once he did arrive he started to ask me questions and not only did it seem like he wasn't really listening, he even smirked and laughed when I answered them, which seemed very unprofessional! When asked about the characteristics and traits that I thought I would need for the job one of of my answers was that it was important to be ethical to form trust with your clients and staff. For the next ten minutes he tried to convince me that being ethical was not really important and that all he cared about was getting the sale! I even countered that if he didn't deliver what he promised to the customer that there is little chance of repeat business and he replied, "I dont care as long as I got the sale!
