iHeartMedia Promotions Assistant interview questions

i submitted my resume without there being a posted opening. I was contacted for an interview and Promotions manager tried to push me to be open to an unpaid internship but with the same job duties. i came in and i met with a program director i believe. the promotions manager/director was on vacation. i was confused as to why he was " interviewing me if he wasn't the one making the decision and she was the one that set up the interview. This was a very big radio station in Philadelphia so i was suprised they were a little disorganized. He barley asked me anything and hinestly rambled for a good 3 hours. I was exhausted. he showed me around and then said he would schedule a second interview when the proper manager was back. I came in for the second interview and to my surprise is was a panel interview. There were a bunch of random employees, luckily i had several resume copies. I was not offered a position and honestly so glad.
